The Council
The council consists of the top 6 ranks in the clan: 1 owner and 5 generals. The council makes top decisions and choices regarding the clan. This may include demoting members, kicking them out of the clan, recruiting certain members, creating clan wars, or anything else relating to change in the clan. The other members of the clan will usually be involved in the decision making unless either, members are not on, or the council wishes to keep information confidential till it is either rejected or accepted. The council members also work on website design or any ideas about the design. They are trustworthy members, who are the leaders of the clan. The highest ranked member of the council who is online will take charge over the clan. Usually the clan is not in need of any "charge" but if there is a clan war that needs starting only council members can start it. This is not a rule made by the clan but by run escape. Only Captains or higher ranked members can start a clan war and thus since all members of the council are Capt. or higher, only they can start clan wars. These members are vital to the clan, and should be treated with respect, but as good friends as well!
